Per-call prices assume an average call of about 2 minutes. Card fees (Stripe, 1.5% + 20p) are separate and go to Stripe.

How it works

Four steps, no paper, no unpaid orders.

  1. Customer callsThe AI answers, says it's the chip shop's automated assistant, and takes the order from the menu.
  2. Order read backItems, salt and vinegar, address, total, time and allergies are all confirmed out loud.
  3. Payment link by textThe customer gets a secure card / Apple Pay link straight to their phone.
  4. Paid → kitchenOnly when payment clears does the order text through to the kitchen.

Simple pricing, no commission on the order.

  • Calls average about 2 minutes
  • 15p a minute
  • Regular: £65 a month for 400 minutes (about 200 calls), about 33p a call. Busy night? Extra calls are just 15p a minute, and every extra call is another order
  • Large: £99 a month for 800 minutes (about 400 calls), about 25p a call
  • Large works out cheaper if you take more than about 313 calls a month
